1. You can get flat abs by eating all day. Yes, that’s right all day. Your body needs fuel all day to keep running smoothly and efficiently. You need to be eating small, high quality meals every 3-4 hours.

I know it’s tempting to think that skipping meals will hasten your journey to flat abs. Forget it. Even if you have a bad day of eating, don’t skip meals the next day. Especially, don’t skip breakfast. And always eat some protein for breakfast. Don’t rely on a bagel alone to carry you through the morning.
