One of the shortfalls of many diet books is the inclusion of exotic foods. The Abs Diet plan doesn’t make this mistake. Ingredients for the Abs Diet recipes can be easily prepared by most people. The book is worth buying just for the Abs Diet smoothies you will read about.

The book advises that we eat six healthy meals each day. This is what most sound nutrition plans include today. There are blood sugar level and metabolism benefits that help in weight loss. This is no starvation diet.

Zinczenko points out the many health problems associated with excess belly fat. This certainly provides increased motivation for attempting to lose those extra pounds in the belly area.
